Waxing - Aftercare

 

 

  • Care should be taken following a waxing treatment as the skin will be very sensitive. 

 

  • Try to avoid wearing tight trousers / jeans straight after your treatment.

 

  • Refrain from having HOT baths or showers for 24 hours after your treatment.

 

  • Try not to use thick moisturisers on the waxed skin for 48 hours.  These can block the pores causing ingrown hairs.

 

  • After a 48 hour period you should now begin to exfoliate the waxed area.  This will remove any dead skin that could block the pores and lead to ingrown hairs.
